Our Third Teacher ... classrooms and outdoor spaces
Three wonderful gardens, a little river, a paved zone, a sandpit, two mud kitchens, a trampoline and a sprinkler pool, hens, guinea pigs, two veggie garden and more. In the Reggio Emilia Approach, there's a continuum between classrooms and green zones. Nature enters our classrooms and a lot of our class is done in natural spaces, also called the Third Teacher.
